Description
The story of Fair Haven is unique on the shore of Lake Ontario and yet it shares history with many villages that grew out of the wilderness following the American Revolution. This wonderful collection of images explores the daily life early photographers captured here. Before Abraham Lincoln was president a photographer came to Fair Haven. Later Edna Williams was developing glass negatives here in her own darkroom at the turn of the last century. See images of then and now and the time in between.
Enjoyed #2, would love the first book, and anticipating #3!
